One of my readers sent me this youtube of orbs entering the water, He thinks it is of English origin, It has been removed from easy access from the net as it goes back to 2001 however my reader kept copies for reference which he then sent to me. The video below dates back to 2004.

100 Years Ago

The dawn of 2010 promises more amazing developments in the world of technology. Already, tourists can visit space, for a price, nearly everything and everyone is going digital, and medical science continues to test the boundaries of what makes us truly human.

One full century ago, the new technologies that had people talking were considered just as groundbreaking. Electricity led the charge of developments that were changing the way people lived every day, with transportation and chemistry not far behind.

As the clocks of 1909 ticked towards 1910, more exciting inventions were just around the corner.

1910 brings new ways to clean, travel

The first decade of the 1900s was an exciting time to be alive, with inventors continuing to make major strides in all disciplines.

The early years of the century saw the general public finally able to enjoy the fruits of what was achieved in electrical engineering during the previous century. By 1910, many suburban homes had been wired up with power and new electric gadgets were being patented with fervor. Vacuum cleaners and washing machines had just become commercially available, though were still too expensive for many middle-class families.

The telephone was another hot new commodity in 1910, with millions of American homes already connected by manual switchboard. Those who did not have a phone to call their neighbor still had to rely on the paper for their news, however; though radio technology was in its infancy, regular broadcasts were still several years away.

In transportation, those first years of the 20th century began the age of the airship, marked by a craze for dirigibles such as the Zeppelin and the Wright Brothers' historic flight at Kitty Hawk in 1903. Henry Ford introduced his landmark Model T in 1908, making automobiles available and affordable to the masses for the first time.

Chemistry also charged full steam ahead in 1910. Advances in the use of gases chilled the world out with the release of the first electric refrigerators and air-conditioning units, while French inventor Georges Claude harnessed neon in glass tubes and debuted neon lighting in Paris, changing the face of seedy advertising forever.

Other new inventions, both influential and inane, that were making waves one century ago included:

• Bakelite plastic
• Escalators
• Teabags
• Cellophane
• Instant coffee
• Disposable razor blades

The best thing before sliced bread

The world was modernizing quickly by 1910, but some everyday things we take for granted now were then still just a glimmer in their inventors' eyes.

Men were still relying on buttons and women on painful corsets until 1913, for example, when clothing technology got a boost with the development of the zipper and modern brassiere. Unfortunate zipper accidents likely healed better with the invention of the modern Band-Aid, which came about seven years later.

Steel turned rusty until mid-decade, when the stainless variety ushered in a new era of efficient gun barrels and, later, shiny appliances.

Finally, though the pop-up toaster first hit the market in 1919, the public had to wait almost ten years for its practicality to be fully realized. The "greatest thing" of the modern age, the one invention against which all others are now compared-sliced bread-was born in Missouri in 1928.

Russia may send spacecraft to knock away asteroid

MOSCOW – Russia's space agency chief said Wednesday a spacecraft may be dispatched to knock a large asteroid off course and reduce the chances of earth impact, even though U.S. scientists say such a scenario is unlikely.

Anatoly Perminov told Golos Rossii radio the space agency would hold a meeting soon to assess a mission to Apophis. He said his agency might eventually invite NASA, the European Space Agency, the Chinese space agency and others to join the project.

When the 270-meter (885-foot) asteroid was first discovered in 2004, astronomers estimated its chances of smashing into Earth in its first flyby, in 2029, at 1-in-37.

Further studies have ruled out the possibility of an impact in 2029, when the asteroid is expected to come no closer than 18,300 miles (29,450 kilometers) from Earth's surface, but they indicated a small possibility of a hit on subsequent encounters.

NASA had put the chances that Apophis could hit Earth in 2036 as 1-in-45,000. In October, after researchers recalculated the asteroid's path, the agency changed its estimate to 1-in-250,000.

NASA said another close encounter in 2068 will involve a 1-in-330,000 chance of impact.

Don Yeomans, who heads NASA's Near-Earth Object Program, said better calculations of Apophis' path in several years "will almost certainly remove any possibility of an Earth collision" in 2036.

"While Apophis is almost certainly not a problem, I am encouraged that the Russian science community is willing to study the various deflection options that would be available in the event of a future Earth threatening encounter by an asteroid," Yeomans said in an e-mail Wednesday.

Chilling Hominid Encounter Recalled

In the mid-1980's, I was privy to an encounter that occurred not too far from State College, PA. A 19 year old local resident happened to be looking out his bedroom window which provided an excellent view of a pasture just west of his house. It was early morning (about 6:30 am local time) but there was plenty of light to see clearly. He was in the process of getting ready for work.

When he looked out the window, he noticed a tall, hairy creature walking in the pasture, coming from the north. The creature was taking long smooth strides and it's arms moved back and forth as a human would. It did not appear to have a neck but capable of turning it's head as it was constantly looking around. Except for the face, the creature was covered entirely with brown or black medium length hair. The witness was able to see the face, but noticed that the forehead protruded distinctly. Also, it appeared the nose was wide and pushed close to the face. The height was approximately eight feet.

As the witness observed, the creature continued walking until it was south of the house. Suddenly, the creature stopped walking when the witness noticed 2 other similar creatures join it. Both were about about a foot shorter than the first. At this point, one of the creatures reached down and picked up a piece of lumber that was part of a new shed being built. The larger creature started walking swiftly towards the house until it was within 50 feet of the residence. It stopped suddenly, made a few loud grunting sounds and glared toward the window from where the witness was watching.

The witness ducked and crawled to the far end of the bedroom. After a few minutes, the witness got up and looked out the window. The creatures were gone. Later that day, the witness and a friend discovered large unusual in the pasture.

It's not known if this incident was ever reported but I do know that at least one local police officer knew what had happened and confirmed it with me. He seemed to be convinced that the witness was upstanding and honest but very private. The witness did move away from the area not long after the encounter fearing that the creatures would harm him.

NOTE: this account was told to me several years ago by a woman who worked with the witness as well as the referenced police officer. I was in the area (Huntingdon, PA) investigating a haunting at the time and happened to come in contact with her. She did say that there were Bigfoot sightings before and after this incident. Mexico: A UFO Report from MCIA

On December 24, 2009 at 15:54 hours, the crew of an Aeromexico Boeing 737-800 reported that it had come across spherical traffic in the vicinity of Cerro de la Estrella (east of Mexico City). The aircraft had recently taken off from the airport.

I heard the conversation myself. I heard when they asked if there was other traffic on the screen on air corridor 21.

The airliner was at an altitude fo 10,000 meters under excellent visibility conditions.

This report can be added to other recent ones involving UFO sightings over the Mexican capital city, such as the one that occurred on Thursday, December 17 when platform personnel saw two spherical objects flying over Benito Juarez Airport. This occurred at 5:30 a.m. in a south-to-north direction, at an altitude of approximately one kilometer.

Another important reference we can provide is that during the thunderstorm in October 2009, plaform staff managed to photograph a UFO. It is thus possible to contribute more information of the phenomenon as it occurs in Mexico, where in many instances the witnesses are qualified airliner pilots.

Rare New Year's Eve 'blue moon' to ring in 2010

Once in a blue moon there is one on New Year's Eve. Revelers ringing in 2010 will be treated to a so-called blue moon. According to popular definition, a blue moon is the second full moon in a month. But don't expect it to be blue — the name has nothing to do with the color of our closest celestial neighbor.

A full moon occurred on Dec. 2. It will appear again on Thursday in time for the New Year's countdown.

"If you're in Times Square, you'll see the full moon right above you. It's going to be that brilliant," said Jack Horkheimer, director emeritus of the Miami Space Transit Planetarium and host of a weekly astronomy TV show.

The New Year's Eve blue moon will be visible in the United States, Canada, Europe, South America and Africa. For partygoers in Australia and Asia, the full moon does not show up until New Year's Day, making January a blue moon month for them.

The Spirits at Sally’s House

Sally is a friend of mine. I have known her since I was 7 years old. She is a very kind person who has had a life filled with spirits, ghosts or guardian angels. I am not sure what follows Sally but I do know they are there and they protect and guide her.

Sally has lived in the same house on the south shore of Long Island New York for her entire life. When Sally married years ago her parents gave Sally and her husband the family home as a gift. Sally has lived there her entire marriage. She raised her children in this house and to this day, still lives in that old family home.

During her lifetime Sally has had good times and bad. The only difference with Sally and other people is that when Sally has a extreme happening in her life, the spirits around her let themselves be known. I know this for a fact as I have witnessed these events first hand while at Sally’s house.

The first time Sally became aware she was going to a mother was when Sally, her sister and I were sitting around talking while having tea in Sally's dining room. Sally mentioned she thought she might be expecting, but she added “ I am not sure yet”. The second Sally said that a guitar that was hanging on the wall in the dinning room started to play. It did not make a few notes due to weather change or temperature adjustment, it played part of a song!

When the guitar started to strum out this little tune I did what anyone would do, I jumped to my feet yelling “ Oh my God, oh my God” with my hands in the air frightened to death. Sally and her sister were a bit more laid back and just sat there. I then ran out of the dinning room with Sally and her sister running after me. I kept running, knocking chairs out of my way and spewing books on a shelf near the door all over the floor until I was outside and away from the house.

Sally and her sister finally calmed me down enough so I could focus on what was going on. Sally and her sister then explained that they think the spirits of all the family members who lived there before them still hang around. I just stood and starred at them. They went on to tell me that often when either a very good thing happens or very bad things are coming, odd events like the guitar playing, happen in the house. Needless to say Sally was indeed expecting and has a lovely son that loves to play the guitar!

Years passed and I started to become accustom to the odd happenings at Sally’s house. One year Sally’s brother seemed to be out of sorts. Sally thought he may need medical help but she was hesitate to bring the subject up with her brother as she did not want to upset of offend him.

Sally and I were talking about it while out shopping one day. I had seen her brother the night before and was stunned at how awful he looked. I was trying to convince Sally to insist her brother go to a doctor. The conversation of my concern about Sally's brother continued as we unlocked Sally’s front door and entered her house. The second we walked into the house a putrid smell hit us both. It was over powering to the point we both started to retch and run to open the windows. The house smelled like rotting meat.

We searched the entire house without finding what was causing the odor. Then, without rhyme or reason, the odor was gone. It simply vanished.

As we stood in her living room looking at each other we heard muffled meowing coming from the second floor of the home. Sally looked at me and said, “That sounds like Sammy”.

We both ran up the stairs following the sound of the family cats little cries. We followed it to a big dresser that was standing in the hallway in front of and blocking an old linen closet door. The cat continued to cry. We pushed the big heavy chest out of the way and pulled open the linen closet door to find Sammy wedged on the top shelf terrified and shaking. We pulled the cat down and comforted the frightened animal the best we could.

How the cat got into that closet or why that house smelled was simply a confusing unknown. We searched and found no sign of a break-in. Nothing had been taken, the house seemed perfectly fine other then the fact it had that overpowering smell and Sammy was found locked away in a blocked closet!

Sally insisted her brother go to the doctor the next day. The doctor told the family that if her brother had waited another day he could have died. His heart needed immediate surgery, which saved his life. Sally felt the events in the house were a warning to her to get her brother the help he needed.

A few years later I was visiting Sally and her sister at Sally's old family home. We were in the dining room sharing tea . ,We were talking about my decision to get married for a second time. I was in love and very happy but extremely nervous about making the final commitment. I was telling my two friends that I just wish I knew what the right thing was to do. I remarked I thought it was time for me to be a married woman. As soon as those words came out of my mouth a music box sitting on the hutch in the dinning room behind me started to play. It was playing a wedding waltz.

I sat and listened to the lovely little box play the beautiful little song. I laughed and asked my friends how they got the box to play at exactly that time. My friends looked at me and said, “We didn’t”.

Sally got up and walked to the music box and brought it back to the table and placed it in front of me. Sally said, “ Turn it over and look at it, you have to wind it to play, and look at the songs it plays, it is right there on the label where you wind it up.”

I turned the box over and saw the key where you wind it to play. I also read the song titles; it said Jingle Bells and Silent Night.

I turned the key until it was tight and placed the music box on the table to play. In a soft bell like ringing the box played Jingle Bells followed by Silent Night. They were the only songs the music box played. I was stunned. My friends told me the two Christmas songs were the only one the music box plays. My two friends also told me I should get married as the angels of the house approved!

The events in this house are strange without question yet they do not frighten Sally or her family. The family uses the events as the opinions and guidance of those who lived there before them. The family feels it is done in love and caring and have no fear of the activity at all.

I have no idea what is going on in Sally’s house. I do know the events happen. I do know they happen often and I find the attitude of the family the key to making the unknown second nature for this family. They simply think of it as another voice to consider when big issues are at hand. They feel it is just one of their relatives who has passed on adding their two cents to whatever is going on with the family.

Sally’s house seems to be perfectly normal to Sally and her family. There has never been a experience that made them nervous or frightened. In fact the only one who ever seemed upset about the events is Sammy the family cat ! However, a little cuddle and a new mouse toy to chase and even Sammy seems to be content!

More Bloggers Jump Into MUFON Debate

Rick Phillips at Barf Stew makes reference to the MUFON debate at FAA Makes Curious `UFO Call Statement' - As UK Shuts Down Same, in particular the MUFON 'Star Team' and Robert Bigelow's involvement in the network.

Quoting from Rick's post... Now, reading between the lines about Mr. Capp's assertions about MUFON and Lon's readers experiences (Joe's readers too) -- it doesn't take too much of an imagination to believe that UFO reports are now being `funnelled' - into organizations that may be less than forthcoming with the results - (In the links above you can see how some MUFON reports `vanish'.) - while providing the `cover' of real investigative interest.

Also... it seems mighty strange for the FAA to give one damn about who those reports should go to by the MOST BELIEVABLE AUTHORITIES - PILOTS AND AIR CONTROL --- and then - for THAT company to have ANY link to MUFON - doubles that strangeness.

Or, could this be a way for Mr. Bigelow - to be positioned by our government - as the ultimate spokesperson for `Anomalous Disclosure' to the world?

((NUFORC Note: We have contacted a local newspaper in Northumberland County, and to the police officer who served as investigator of the case. The newspaper confirms that the incident occurred, although the police officer stated that the decendant's remains had been returned to the family, contrary to the claims made by some regarding this case. The official report will be released in late September, according to the police officer, and we will attempt to obtain a copy of it. PD))

I will be as brief as possible, A man named Todd Sees, was abducted and murdered by aliens on Montour Ridge ,in Northumberland County, near the town of Northumberland, Pa. This is a big sloppy coverup if there ever was one.

Todd Sees the victim, lived at the foot of Montour Ridge,a mountain stretching over 20 miles east. Todd Sees went up the mountain to look for preseason deer. He told his wife that he would be home by noon. He rode his 4 wheeler up the powerline behind his home at a little after 5:00 in the morning.

Noon came and no Todd, his wife and children became concerned,at 2:00 a search party was organized ,local police, state police , paramedics ,and 200 volunteers helped search for Todd Sees. The 4 wheeler was found on the top of the mountain near a powerline,tracking dogs could find nothing to go on around the 4 wheeler. The search went on for 2 days over 6 miles of mountain were covered ,from top to bottom. Todd vanished with out a trace,the 4 wheeler was keep in mind ,2 miles from his home at the foot of the mountain. A pond a few hundred yards from the house was even searched by skin divers just so they overlooked nothing . Dogs were over the whole area constantly no results, no trace, then in the evening of the 2nd day something white was spotted in a large brushy area 25 feet from the pond,police and rescue workers spent 20 minutes cutting and hacking, brush and small trees so they could reach what looked like a body. It was Todd Sees, he was wearing his underwear, he was emaciated, not, bloated, he was white, he had an expression of horror on his face. When he went up the mountain he was fully dressed, boots, camo vest, hat, socks and pants.

The F.B.I. showed up with in 30 minutes, they took charge, they would not let the wife look at her dead husband, no matter how much she tried. The F.B.I. asked questions around the area, neighbors, mostly farmers, 3 farmers on one farm said they saw a large round bright object, just above the powerlines, at the time of the disappearance, it was silent, it did not move fora! bout 10 to 15 minutes. It suddenly went up and suddenly stopped,a light shined down and something was pulled up into the light. It then went straight up,hesitated again then went west over the Susquehanna River and out of sight.

A police friend of mine said after 2 autopsies nothing was found a toxicology test revealed nothing,no visible cuts or bruises any where except from the brush.

Now the body is at Allentown, from there it is going to Fort Indiantown Gap,Pa.

The wife was told she can not have the body for 6 to 8 weeks. A boot was found a mile from the 4 wheeler a few days ago at the top of a tree, it was his. I notice military copters have been scouring the mountain ever since at least once a day.

Report: Humanoid Close Encounter - Manati, Puerto Rico

The following NUFORC report occurred about 1:00 am local time, near Manati, Puerto Rico on November 6, 2008.

The young witness was awakened by his father who told him to follow him outside the house to the other side of a hill next to the house, there gathered the rest of his family all staring at a large teardrop ship craft that was floating just 3 to 4 feet above the ground at about 100 feet in distance.

The craft emitted a loud humming sound. In front of the craft stood a human shaped figure covered in a shiny blue metallic appearing armour-like suit that was carrying a large box-like object on his hands.

The being then placed the box on the ground and it also started floating in midair. The being then scooped up a handful of earth from the floor and placed it inside the box and in an instance the box emitted a bright red beam of light into the air that seemed to travel deep into the space.

The group just waited and stared in awe as the alien figure then picked up the box and walked back inside the object, the craft then took off and disappeared into night sky. They described the craft as having a large shiny bulbous hull. About an hour later the same group of witnesses and others in the area reported seeing additional similar looking ships but apparently larger maneuvering high in the sky.

The Yellowstone "supervolcano" will soon be among the best monitored hot spots in the world with the installation of new earthquake monitoring equipment.

HELENA, Mont. -- The Yellowstone "supervolcano" will soon be among the best monitored hot spots in the world with the installation of new earthquake monitoring equipment.

The park is getting 10 new seismic monitoring stations over the next two years, which will be used jointly at the observatory by the U.S. Geological Survey, Yellowstone National Park and the University of Utah.

Funding for the project will come from a portion of $950,000 in Recovery Act money given to the observatory.

Yellowstone rests in a caldera that is one of the world's largest volcanoes, known as a supervolcano. One feature of the system will be a new alarm system that will allow smaller seismic events to be posted directly to the Internet.

UFO news for Christmas morning December 25th 2009, Possible mother ship?

UFO mother ship or something else. Greetings enthusiasts on this Christmas day. We stumbled upon the following video of what some may say might be space junk or the International Space Station. We have video footage of space junk and the ISS which looks nothing like this footage presented below. We presented footage months ago of an object that moved far more rapidly then what is shown here and some claimed that too was the ISS. It seems as though many skeptics continue to wish against the increasing activity leading up to what is about to happen denying what may very well be right in front of them. This statement can only be referring to the revealing of the truth regarding Extraterrestrial interaction with the human race. It can not be stopped. The time is closing in. We are being prepared like it or not.

Video: Shimmering UFO Sighted - Izumi, Kyushu Island, Japan

allnewsweb - UFO was seen around a month ago by multiple witnesses on 23 November at around 11:30pm. This UFO sighting took place in the locale of the regional city of Izumi, in Kagoshima Prefecture on Kyushu Island at the southernmost tip of Japan.

The witnesses, a group of friends, had gone out for the night and were returning home when they saw what they described as a ‘beautiful glittering emerald’ in the sky. The shimmering UFO was moving erratically and the witnesses felt that it did not resemble any man-made craft. One of the witnesses was able to capture the image for over a minute using a video recorder. The object eventually vanished.

UFOs Over Traverse City, Michigan

MUFON witness report: 11/27/09 - Traverse City, Michigan - I went to town to see the lighting of the Christmas tree on November 27th, 2009. I got a new 2.8 lens and wanted to take some photos in a low light setting. I shot about 100 photos that evening from about 5:00 p.m. to around 8:00 p.m. The next day when I was uploading them to my computer I noticed some lights in the sky of one of them. When I zoomed in I saw a shape with the lights that interested me, and that I didn't know what it was. I began to look through my other photos and I found similar lights and shapes in 2 other photos. All 3 photos with the lights and shapes in question in the sky were while I was standing on front street facing west. I had taken 4 photos that evening from that same area, facing west, and those same lights are in 3 of them. (I did not find these lights, or anything like them in any of my other photos I took any place else that night.) Of the 4 I took facing west, the photo they were not in was the first one I took, about 5:00 p.m. The first two where they were was taken about 5:40 p.m. by the clock in one of the photos. The third one that the lights were in was taken about 6:00- 6:15 p.m. I really know nothing more about these. I took them to TV 7/4 to see if anyone there was interested and Mark Shelette contacted me a few days later and told me to file a report with you.

Another fascinating UFO event (image below) that was studied by the Chinese government has come to light, thanks to the recent Kunming UFO exhibition. The event took place five years ago on 12 December 2004. A group of students walking through the streets of the Northern city of Jiayuguan noticed a classical saucer-shaped UFO hovering in the sky.

One of the students managed to film the UFO for around six seconds before it started to gain altitude and eventually shot off into space. The UFO was emitting a bright, luminous, white light and the students reported feeling unwell after the sighting. The students estimated that the UFO was at least the size of a large passenger plane.

This UFO event has been studied by Chinese astronomers and the object filmed has never been explained. Chinese UFO researchers have referenced this particular sighting as credible proof suggesting that earth is being visited by alien or extraterrestrial visitors. UFOs are seen on a daily basis in China, although most are eventually identified and not regarded as extraterrestrial in origin.

Until now this particular sighting has not been reported outside of China at all. Many UFO researchers have suggested that there is an organised international cover-up of this phenomena, and a strategy in place that leads, say, Americans to believe UFOs are only seen in America and the Chinese to believe that alien spacecraft are only seen in China.

Korean Member of Parliament Gets a Giant Toilet Home

Nothing highlights a social awareness message like a giant Toilet-shaped House. That was the aim of Sim Jae-Duck, a member of the World Toilet Association, when he commissioned the construction of his new home, a gargantuan concrete and glass home that resembled a toilet.

Located in Suweon, south of Seoul, the strange home towers over everything else at 4,508-sq-foot and cost him 1.6 million dollars.

Sim, who is also the former Mayor of Suweon and current member of the parliament, hoped that this home would emphasize the importance of better sanitation in all countries.

“Toilets were once regarded as stinking and dirty places. Not any more. They must be treated as the sanctuary that protects human health,” was his take on the matter.

In fact, Sim has been so vocal on the clean toilet issue that, during his term in office, folks had started calling him Mayor Toilet.

As it is, given that his mother gave birth to him in a toilet, the loo theme has been a major part of the eccentric man’s life.

Where the unusual home is concerned, Sim has devised a plan where he can reel in funds for countries with backward toilets.

He encourages wealthy folks to rent out the house at an impressive rate of 50,000 dollars per day.

He assures that all profits from this rental venture will for needy countries who lack decent sanitation.

The VISION OVNI group disclosed yesterday that “the community of Joaquin V. González in the Province of Salta was shaken by the presence – in broad daylight – of a cigar-shaped object that crossed the skies of this locality.” A mysterious interruption of cell phone service was reported while the phenomenon occurred.

“The phenomenon was recorded on Tuesday the 15th at 17:00 hours and was seen by a considerable segment of the population, which followed the strange device’s maneuvers in astonishment,” said Silvia Pérez Simondini, director of the VISION OVNI group. She also remarked “witnesses interviewed by researcher Tony Galvagno stated that what they saw [on this occasion] was identical to the one seen days earlier, but this time without lights.”

It was also reported that the “VISION OVNI investigator noted that the object was metallic, and that [the town] has been left without utilities yet again. Computers and cell phones are inoperative. With regard to the latter, the Personal mobile telephony company was contacted. No technical explanation was offered on the event, increasing the mystery of the strange phenomenon.”

Mars Once Alive and Well? Are We Following the Same Road or Was That Our Road?

I am lost when it comes to Mars. Are we looking at a planet in ruins that once was alive and well? I wish I could decide what to think about Mars. All I can do is look at what we are being told and shown and try to work out the possibilities.

I wish I could trust that we are being told the truth on subjects like space and UFO’s. I wish I could believe half of what we are told and shown, however- I do not.

I try to find my way with what is available on as many levels as possible before forming an opinion yet admit I find Mars a mystery.

A man who reads my articles sent me very interesting photos taken from the NASA site of Mars surface. I admit most do look like natural rock formations to me. I also admit there are a few that simply do not seem to be natural. Some do look like intelligent built structures. I have to stop and give pause to how and why these things would be seen on a planet that we have been told is a dead barren landscape.

I have viewed videos concerning this topic and think some points made in the videos are valid while others just do not make sense. I find myself really at odds about this subject yet feeling; as more information comes to light that it certainly seems feasible that life did or does exist on Mars.

I have listened to theories of a possible civilization that once lived on the surface of Mars either dying off or leaving the planet due to a natural decline of the planets atmosphere. I also have heard theories that possible misuse of technology by the society on Mars caused the planet to decline to the state we now find it.

I know others think that the civilization that once populated the surface of Mars may have survived and exist below the surface in the interior of the planet.

I listen to it all yet feel confused and uncertain to what the truth is about Mars. The only truth I can depend on is that we most certainly are not being told the truth about Mars!

I do know that as we research Mars we are finding it appears Mars once was a planet that had or has water. New research also is finding methane on the planet that once thought was there by way of meteorites. Now it seems that theory is incorrect and the reason we are finding methane gas is from leaking gas during the warmer season on Mars coming from its interior. This could be the result of interior life forms forming the gas. Life may be living below the surface of Mars. It may be in the form of microorganisms forming this methane but the fact remains it seems to be life that is the cause of the methane gas detected.

I think that we may be seeing the remains of what was once a life filled environment that has fallen to the desolate condition we now see.

It could be possible that some form of intelligent life is alive and well in the interior of this planet. I think if even more likely the inhabitants had no choice but to leave their dying planet and have migrated to other living planets- like earth.

I would not be shocked at any discovery found on or about Mars. I think we will be finding out more about the planet Mars in the near future. I also think it unlikely the findings will be shared with society. I believe the facts found about Mars will be kept in the dark and far from the population of our planet earth. We live in darkness about so much concerning space and the universe around us. I believe we are kept in this darkness out of some great fear of what would happen if we knew or simply because disclosure at this point in history would be harmful and dangerous for all concerned including the other life forms involved.

I remind myself that in our universe we are the ones being visited and we are the ones who cannot get out of our own way. We also are the ones who cannot live in harmony with each other and we are the ones who do NOT understand the science of the universe. It stands to reason we are also the ones who are kept at arms length with universal truths, as we are the ones who need to evolve on many levels.

I think that other universal civilizations much older then ours, much more developed and evolved then we are also are the ones running the show with things like disclosure and connections to mankind.

We talk non-stop about our government’s disclosure and fail to realize that our governments have little to do but agree with what our galactic neighbors want. I would think to do anything other would be like ants fighting with pebbles against beings who could swat out our lights and lives with a blink of an eye.

We seem to be growing in ability in our investigation of Mars and the Moon. However I also think our planet and those living on it are primitive and have miles to walk before we are civil enough to join in with the rest of the universal neighborhood.

Mars may have many lessons for us to learn. I hope we continue on listening and learning as those lessons present themselves. We have miles to go and need to quicken our pace.

I will leave you with a compelling video and photos of Mars and let you form your own opinions concerning Mars. Are we looking at our past, could we be looking at our future? I hope we can keep our focus and understand the lessons of the universe as we advance towards our own future.

this report is typical with what is wrong with the thinking and reporting of the paranormal. If this report below is true why isnt the world talking non-stop about it? If this is a fake scam- well what is the point? Is it now to the point that either real events are completely lost or reduced to a nothing in importance or is it society that has fallen victim to brainwashing and spends its time producing nonsense? A mysterious 'UFO' seen in the sky over Moscow has sparked speculation that the city has been visited by an alien spacecraft.

Footage shows a pyramid-shaped object hovering above the Moscow skyline

The pyramid-shaped object was said to have remained for hours over the Red Square in the Russian capital.

The fuzzy grey shape was apparently captured on film in at least two separate videos – one filmed during the daytime and another at night – which became an online sensation.

But sceptics suggested there would be thousands of videos, rather than just two, if the object really had remained in the skies for hours.

Lights were seen above Norway

Russian police have not commented on the alleged sightings.

The reports of the pyramid come just days after a Russian missile launch set off a spate of UFO sightings in Norway.

The dramatic light spiral seen over the north of the country prompted theories that it was caused by a meteor, the Northern Lights or even aliens.

However, Russia later revealed that its test-firing of a new intercontinental missile had ended in failure – at the same time as observers witnessed the early morning light show.

Human-like fossil find is breakthrough of the year

The discovery of a fossilised skeleton that has become a "central character in the story of human evolution" has been named the science breakthrough of 2009.

The 4.4 million year old creature, that may be a human ancestor, was first described in a series of papers in the journal Science in October.

It has now been recognised by the journal's editors as the most important scientific accomplishment of this year.

It is part of a scientific top 10 that ranges from space science to genetics.

The first fossils of the species, Ardipithecus ramidus, were unearthed in 1994. Scientists recognised their importance immediately.

But the very poor condition of the ancient bones meant that it took researchers 15 years to excavate and analyse them.

The most important thing to emerge from that excavation was the partial skeleton of a female creature, which has now been nicknamed "Ardi".

An international team of scientists unveiled the skeleton in a series of scientific papers published in Science in October.

Their careful examination of its skull, teeth, pelvis, hands and feet revealed that Ardi shared a mixture of "primitive" traits shared with its predecessors, and "derived" features, which it shared with later hominids, or human-like creatures.

It shared some of these derived features with humans.

Professor Tim White from the University of California, Berkeley in the US, was one of the lead scientists working on the project.

"This is not an ordinary fossil. It's not a chimp. It's not a human. It shows us what we used to be," he told Science Magazine at the time the research was published.

One of his team's key conclusions was that Ardi walked upright. This was based on the painstaking reassembly of its very badly crushed pelvis, which the scientists said had a shape that would have allowed Ardi to balance on one leg at a time.

Water World Discovered

Nearby Super-Earth May Be a Waterworld By Jeanna Bryner

A rocky and water-rich planet, not much heftier than our own, has been discovered so close to our solar system that astronomers one day may be able to study its atmosphere.

And though astronomers are pretty certain the water exists, they don't know its state, with speculations ranging from liquid water to water ice and an exotic state called a superfluid.

The extrasolar planet, now named GJ 1214b, is about 40 light-years away. It orbits a red dwarf star. It is the only known "Super-Earth" exoplanet — worlds that have masses between Earth and Neptune — with a confirmed atmosphere.

"Astronomically speaking, this [planet] is on our block," meaning it's in our cosmic neighborhood, said study leader David Charbonneau of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Mass. "For perspective, our own TV signals have already passed beyond the distance of this star."

The planet is about three times the size of Earth and about 6.5 times as massive. It is the second smallest planet discovered outside of our solar system to date, trailing behind only CoRoT-7b, which is 1.7 times Earth's size and about five times as massive.

GJ 1214b is rare among known rocky exoplanets because it partially eclipses, or transits, its star as seen from Earth.

This fortunate alignment allows astronomers to calculate the size and density of the planet, and Charbonneau's team thinks GJ 1214b is likely a water world with a solid center. Moreover, the planet has a thick surrounding atmosphere of hydrogen and helium.

Normally, a planet located at that distance from this particular type of star would be so hot that any water on its surface would be in a vapor form.

But scientists think the thick atmosphere of GJ 1214b creates a high pressure environment that keeps water on the surface in a liquid state.

That's just speculation, however.

"It really depends on how hot the planet is on the inside, and we don't know that," Sara Seager, an astrophysicist at MIT, told SPACE.com. "I think this planet doesn't have liquid water because it is too hot on the inside. I think it goes from water ice, to a very exotic kind of water — a superfluid — and then it goes to vapor," added Seager, who just published a new eBook on exoplanets called "Is there Life Out There? The Search for Habitable Exoplanets."
